What is MXTraining?

Hey, I’m Max Williams. I played four years of Division 1 baseball at Eastern Kentucky University, where I also served as a graduate assistant baseball coach post-playing career. MXT is a training business that I am the owner of and its mission is to help athletes reach their goals while keeping it fun, fresh, and competitive.

This option includes offensive, defensive, and/or pitching work, along with mental approach advice. How that time is split up is up to you!

Speed and Agility

$50/45 Minutes - Individual session

This option is for any sport and exercises are tailored to each athlete’s specific needs. Tennis shoes or molded cleats work for these sessions.

Strength Training

$50/45 Minutes - Individual session

Designed for athletes, this strength-focused program builds power, explosiveness, and proper lifting technique to enhance overall performance. Programs vary depending on needs, sport, and other factors.
